Off-sides Rule explained on back of new British coin
I guess the elusiveness in understand the off-sides rule in the birthplace of soccer requires extreme measures. In the run up to the Olympics in 2012 the Brits are producing a coin with the Queen on one side and the Soccer off-sides rule on the other.
